Stress actually decreases the activity of natural killer cells – the cells that fight various infections, including cancer cells. According to research appearing in the Journal of Psychosomatic Medicine, stress makes the symptoms of a cold or the flu worse. During the holidays we see lots of people who don’t take care of their diet, their supplements and their stress and so they easily get a cold or the flu. Stress can make the airways in asthmatics hyper reactive. Stress has also been linked to headaches, inflammatory bowel conditions and hormonal problems including infertility. Now that it’s clear how damaging stress can be, it’s important to know how to manage/reduce stress. There are several effective methods of dealing with stress.

Kyäni Introduces US Country Manager

Kyäni Inc. would like to welcome Joe Olivas as the US Country Manager. Joe is a driven individual, one who knows and understands the value of the free-enterprise system and the strength of the entrepreneur in today’s world. Joe's increasing passion for success and desire for each day to become greater than the previous led him to pursue his own unique abilities in the free-market system and ultimately to become part of the Kyäni team.

With over 16 years in the world of marketing, Joe offers a background and perspective that have lead to serving in many senior management and top-level executive positions for various companies. In addition to religious and civic responsibilities throughout his history, Joe developed a strong “Can Do, Will Do” attitude. Finding himself in the role of Senior Creative Director for a thriving company based out of Los Angeles, California at the early age of 19 brought a high level of accountability and the desire to hold to principle both in business and his personal life. Rapidly establishing himself in the marketing field as a man of vision and integrity, Joe has been pursued by companies such as Hanna Barbara, NHRA, and Gannett Publishing. He most recently filled the position as Vice-President for a privately held company located in Saint George, Utah which not only allowed a great deal of personal growth but one where Joe could continue to pursue his strengths as a natural teacher and motivator.

Joe along with his lovely wife Laura have been married for 12 years and have 3 wonderful and active children. The Olivas family most recently made their home in Idaho Falls.

Our 2008 National Convention to recognize accomplishments for the 2007 year was a huge success. With standing room only much of the time we reviewed the accomplishments of 2007 and made announcements for 2008. There is no way to share with you all that went on and there is certainly no way to share the feelings that we felt, but I can review a few announcements with you. Before I do though, please believe me when I tell you that if you are serious about being a part of the success that Kyani is experiencing, you must be at these events. They will be the difference in people who make a few bucks in this company and those that build empires. These quarterly conferences and the national convention are not optional if you want to succeed at the highest level.

We announced the change of the rank name previously "Chief Director" to be "Senior Director" in the future recognizing anyone who has personally sponsored 3 active reps who have each personally sponsored 3 active reps.

We announced that our current Fast Start Bonus will pay $1000 for anyone who joins Kyani in December or January and who reaches the position of Director in their first 30 days. On February 1st this bonus returns to $500.

We announced a new CEO's Summit Council and Mr. Breshears named the first six Kyani Distributors who will be a part of that Council for 2008.
