This is a reminder to all Distributors that we have some exciting events coming up this week and you need to prepare your teams for success!

The "Soft Launch" in Puerto Rico is still on for Thursday, November 20th at 8:00pm, but will now be held at the Caribe Hilton Hotel, Calle Los Rosales San Geronimo Grounds, San Juan 00901. Registration will begin at 7:00pm. Please advise your teams of this change.

The event in Trinidad will be on Saturday, November 22nd at 6:30pm. It will be held at the Bureau of Standards Auditorium, # 2 Century Drive, Trincity Industrial Estate, Macoya, (Centre of Excellence) Tunapuna, Trinidad W.I.
Free Admission!

On Sunday, November 23rd, there will be an opportunity meeting in Tobago. The meeting will be held at 6:00pm at the Ministry of Works Auditorium.

Also, there will be an opportunity meeting in Cleveland, Ohio tomorrow, November 19th at 7:00pm at the Corporate College, 4400 Richmond Road, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128. Registration will start at 6:30pm
The Corporate College is on Richmond Road between Harvard Rd. & Emery (About 1500 ft south of Harvard Rd).

There will also be 2 exciting events happening in the Los Angeles area this weekend.

A Leadership training on Friday night, November 21st will kick the weekend off. The training will be from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Sheraton Hotel, 303 E Cordova Street, Pasadena, CA, 91101. On Saturday, November 22nd, there will be a Los Angeles Regional Training that will feature Special Guest Speaker, Kyäni Regional VP & CEO Council Member Angel Olvera. CEO Summit Council
Kyäni CEO Michael Breshears introduced the new distributor Summit Council at the convention. The purpose is to develop the “Next level of Teamwork between Kyäni Leaders and Kyäni Corporate.” The Summit Council members are appointed by invitation and will serve on a rotation basis. They will participate in regular conference calls with the CEO and other corporate staff and will attend in-person conferences. The leaders that were invited to join the first Council are: Rebecca Bursell, Steve Niumatalolo, Angel Olvera, Joe & Denise Hardy, Faiana Brown and Cristina Palauni. With standing room only much of the time we reviewed the accomplishments of 2007 and made announcements for 2008. There is no way to share with you all that went on and there is certainly no way to share the feelings that we felt, but I can review a few announcements with you. Before I do though, please believe me when I tell you that if you are serious about being a part of the success that Kyani is experiencing, you must be at these events. They will be the difference in people who make a few bucks in this company and those that build empires. These quarterly conferences and the national convention are not optional if you want to succeed at the highest level.

Our next quarterly conference was announced for April 18-19, 2008 at the Anaheim Disneyland Hilton Hotel. Make reservations and plans to join us now.

We announced the change of the rank name previously "Chief Director" to be "Senior Director" in the future recognizing anyone who has personally sponsored 3 active reps who have each personally sponsored 3 active reps.

We announced that our current Fast Start Bonus will pay $1000 for anyone who joins Kyani in December or January and who reaches the position of Director in their first 30 days. On February 1st this bonus returns to $500.

We announced a new CEO's Summit Council and Mr. Breshears named the first six Kyani Distributors who will be a part of that Council for 2008.

We are putting on the last touches to a great event and we can't wait to add the final and most important ingredient…YOU! You know by now that Friday night will start with a tremendous Business Opportunity Meeting at 7pm and will be followed up with some great training and an awesome performance by national recording artists "Jericho Road"! You know that Friday night is open to everybody at NO CHARGE! You know then that you better get into your seats early and bring your guests early!

Chief Directors and above have a training opportunity at 3pm.
Directors and above have a training at 4:30pm.
CEO's Luncheon (by invitation only) starts at 12:30pm.

THIS IS THE BIG NOTE FOR LEADERS… Some of you have people working on the Director position so that they can be promoted at Provo. Some of you have people working on Chief Director to qualify for the Orlando Trip. We might miss that with all we have going on and it is up to YOU to communicate any of these last day or two accomplishments to me (Kevin Allen) at your training events Friday so that we can get them on the program Saturday. VERY IMPORTANT. Let me know Friday afternoon please.
