We are excited to announce that Kyäni and Enliven International have recently merged.

Kyäni, established in 2005 and headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho, is one of the fastest growing nutritional networking marketing companies in the United States. Enliven International, established in 1998 and located in St. George, Utah, has expanded rapidly internationally where it markets its nutritional and personal care products in 40 countries and in 15 languages. By combining their management teams, financial resources, and international expertise, the companies are confident they have created the most compelling nutritional-based business opportunity anywhere in the world.

Many of the top management of both companies have worked closely together in the past. This will enable a quick integration process. Both companies attribute their growth and success to their proprietary nutritional products that have scientifically been shown to truly improve one's health and well-being. But it was not until recently that management of both companies learned that there is a scientifically-established synergistic effect that results when one consumes the core product of each company.

In biochemistry, "synergy" means that 1 + 1 does not just equal 2; but rather 3, 5, and sometimes 10!

Both companies share a common vision—to improve the health and financial welfare of people throughout the world through science-based nutritional supplementation. By combining the strengths of each company, an international platform will be created which provides all distributors with the opportunity to expand the reach of their organizations throughout the world. 

Michael Breshears will serve as CEO. Michael Lee will be President of International Operations. Eric Anderson will be Vice President of Sales. (See attached description of Key Executives). Senior Management Team

Michael Breshears
CEO
Michael has served in many management and executive roles during the many years he has been in the network marketing industry. He has served as President or COO for multiple companies, including companies that had sales up to $200 million. His responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of the network marketing business - from logistics and fulfillment to customer service to distributor services and marketing and technology. He has also directed the development and management of international operations and expansion. Michael has developed the internal processes and led teams to provide for rapid company growth. He also has been and continues to be active in the industry trade group, the Direct Selling Association (DSA).
Michael attended the University of Utah and the University of Phoenix in Business Administration. He then joined the retail and distribution industry and served in various management and executive roles with large companies in that industry. He was later introduced to MLM and the network marketing business model. Seeing the great opportunities of this industry, both from a company perspective and especially for the distributors, Michael was captivated and thus begun a great involvement with this exciting and dynamic industry.
 
Kirk Hansen
Chairman of the Board
Kirk's role as "Chairman" of the board is a key component to the overall Kyäni strategic plan. The Board of Directors is a cohesive unit of members consisting of the founders and investors who provide a solid foundation of capital and business success to back and support Kyäni. Kirk has been immersed in business his entire life and has demonstrated strong leadership and vision. He personally played an integral role in taking his family business from humble beginnings to annual sales in excess of $300 million. Their business interest includes being the largest private petroleum distributor in 9 states as well as having large commercial holdings in real estate. Because of Kirk's experience combined with the partner investors, the Taylor Family, who own one of the largest agricultural and ranching operations in the state of Idaho, the board of directors looks to Kirk's rare determination and str ong will to succeed as an assurance for Kyäni's long-term growth and success.
 
Michael V. Lee
Vice Chairman & President of International Operations
Mike Lee is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of International Operations for the Company. He is the founder of Enliven International and served as its CEO since 2003.

Mike has extensive experience in a number of fields, including finance, marketing, corporate and sales management, and venture capital. He holds a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and attended Loyola Law School for two years before leaving his full-time legal studies early to manage a growing sales company he had founded that employed hundreds of people.
At age thirty Mike became a partner in an investment advisory company where he lectured extensively throughout the Western United States. That work resulted in the acquisition of clients with assets exceeding five billion dollars. In 1993 Mike founded an intellectual properties company in California that secured over 100 patents on an advanced technology for use in optical fiber networks and optical computing. He served as CEO of that company for 7 years. A year after establishing the Company, Mike and his family traveled to Tahiti with another family where they were introduced to the Noni plant, which they brought to the United States. This trip set in motion the events that led to the formation of the Noni industry. Mike became such an ardent believer in Noni and the impact it had on people's lives that he invested millions of dollars in Enliven International and later became its CEO after leaving his high tec h company. Under Mike's leadership Enliven rapidly expanded internationally where it does business in 40 countries and 15 languages.
 
Eric Anderson
VP of Sales
Eric has an MBA with over 19 year's management experience in network marketing. Prior to joining Enliven International Eric served as a national sales director of a billion dollar multinational MLM company. During his 17-year tenure at that company Eric gained extensive experience in almost all areas of Network Marketing, occupying a wide array of positions as the company experienced rapid growth from 50 million dollars to over 1 billion dollars in annual sales. Eric has traveled extensively doing corporate trainings and helping leaders build very successful businesses. He managed a large call center and distributor services in the United States for many years, and helped establish and manage offices in eight countries in Europe. As VP of Sales of Enliven for the last 2 years, Eric has managed the Company's International Sales efforts. Eric's experience will greatly facilitate the merged efforts of Enliven and K yäni as the Company grows into the billion dollar company envisioned by its founders.
 
Benjamin Ritter
Director of Operations
Benjamin Ritter has been involved on the corporate side of Network Marketing for the past 5 years and has held numerous Senior Management roles. His primary responsibilities have been in Operations Management, Customer Service and Training; however, he has also been influential in developing both Domestic and International markets. Prior to starting his Network Marketing career, he worked for Northwest Airlines for 10 years in Operations, Customer Service and Call Center Management. He graduated from M.S.U with a B.S. in Pre-Law. Benjamin joined the Kyäni Leadership team because he believes in the mission and vision that Kyäni represents…to be a part of such a fantastic and rewarding opportunity is a dream come true."
