GLADYS @ 1:01 pm

I RECENTLY JOINED KYANI-NEW MEMBER,BUT I'M A LITTLE SKEPTICAL ABOUT IT BEING LEGAL, IT SOUNDS (MAYBE MY SPONSOR IS MAKING IT SEEM TOO MUCK LIKE IT) LIKE A PYRAMID,WE ARE TOLD TO CONCENTRATE ON THE 12 PEOPLE AND NOT TO SELL IT,IS THAT CORRECT????? I'M NOT SURE WHAT TO TELL PEOPLE WHEN I TELL THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY ONLY WANT TO BUY IT BUT NOT DRISTRIBUTE IT PLEASE ADVICE!!

Kyani is perfectly legal. As far as not recruiting customers, that's an important part of the business as well. In addition to being a great business opportunity, the products are great as well. It's about promoting better health. If someone just wants the product that's great too. I'd have them sign up on the monthly autoship, that way they get a discount and their products are automatically sent to them every month.

Enrolling people into the business will make it grow quicker but don't neglect people that just want the products either.

it is perfectly legal.as long as you have a product and a forced matrix you are doing a legal business.your sponsor is probably telling you to get distributors cuz the he'll become a director and get more bonus money for everyone who joins(as do you) but if you think about it you make more if you get more preferred customers. (10% as apposed to 3.5%) i just started and i offer them to be a customer first but they get a better discount and tax advantages if they become a distributor.

does a distributor get paid matrix income from possible spillover if they have no personally sponsored members?

Scott

I've been involved with 4 NM companies and was a top earner in almost every one.

The word "spillover" in NM and MLM circles will often make top leaders cringe.

The reason is that so many companies use the term "spillover" to "overhype" their opportunity and company.

To answer your question, yes, you would be paid on matrix income. However, I think the real question you are asking relates to the issue in regards to personal sponsorship. There is a huge incentive to personal sponorship with Kyani and to NOT sponsor, means you leaving lots of money on the table.

In many kyani teams, folks will be placed under you whether you did the recruitment work or not. However, most leaders would agree that what you put into this business is what you get out of it (such as in life…)

So, if you are looking for a handout or free lunch, I would NOT consider Kyani, because Kyani is not about free lunches. The products are high quality and the vision of the company is really about improving health and lifestyels.

It takes work and effort to build any business and in my experience, Kyani is no different.

Understood, Thank you!

I HAVE JUST RECENTLY JOINED KYANI AND LOVE THE PRODUCTS AND THE PAYOUT IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. AND LIKE HE SAID ONCE YOU SEE THE SPONSORING PLAN…YOU WILL SPONSOR EASILY!!!

As a distributor, do you get 25 or 50 for each person you personally sponsor? I've been told that you get 25 for each person you sponsor, and 25 for everyone that comes in after that, as long as you are a distributor. According to the plan if I bring in 1(first level), I get 50. They bring in 1(second level), I get 25. If the second level person brings in 1, do I get another 25? Meaning, once I sponsor 1 everyone that comes in under that one I get 25? Trying to get a clear understanding.

Kyani juice gives me diarrhea

Bob @ 9:59 am

Ron:

While I'm not a trained physician or doctor, (so please don't take this as medical advice) you may be experiencing what many refer to as a detox phase.

It is not uncommon for folks that are starting with Kyani sunrise to experience mild side effects, including loose bowel movements.

The effects generally should last a couple of weeks. My wife is a regitered nurse and marathon runner and experienced similar side effects when starting out with Kyani Sunrise.

Her effects only lasted a couple of days and once she got through the detox phase, she experienced more energy and quicker "recovery" times in her training.
