Kyäni Escalade Program

The Kyäni Escalade Program* is for professional Kyäni leaders and is a great tool for promoting the Kyäni business. A Cadillac Escalade may be earned every 2
years keeping you in a beautiful late-model vehicle that says “success”! A Cadillac Escalade guarantees to take your Kyäni business to a whole new level!
Becoming Escalade Qualified

The initial qualifications for the Escalade Program are as follows:

1. Rank: Advance to the “paid as rank” of Kyäni Executive Director in good
standing with the company and maintain for a minimum of 3 consecutive
months.

2. Volume: As a “paid as rank” Executive Director, one must have a monthly
CV of 120,000.**
Once a distributor become Escalade qualified and has successfully met all initial
qualifications, Kyäni will obtain the Cadillac Escalade. The delivery of the
Escalade will be after the beginning of the third month of qualification but
because of procurement issues the exact delivery date of the vehicle will not be
determined until we have the vehicle in our possession.

Remaining Escalade Qualified
Criteria for remaining Escalade qualified:
1. Rank: Maintain “paid as rank” of Executive Director.
2. Volume: Maintain monthly CV of 120,000.
Escalade Grace Month

The recipient will maintain all qualifications for the duration of the lease (2 years);
however, Kyäni will allow two Escalade grace months to be used when an Escalade qualified distributor falls below the requirements for the Escalade
program.

These grace months can be consecutive or at various times during the year. This
starts on the date of delivery of the vehicle and runs through the two year
anniversary date.

Escalade Provisions
Kyäni Inc. will provide:
Lease/Loan payments
Monthly insurance premium on the vehicle
Vehicle Warranty
Kyäni window decals

* The Kyäni Escalade program applies only to U.S. distributorships and is subject to change.
Certain rules and other restrictions may apply.

** No more than 100,000 CV to come from 1 leg under Distributorship; 100,000 CV must come
through personal lines of sponsorship.
