Kyäni Compensation Plan Enhancements as Announced at the Las Vegas Convention, January 2009

Changes are effective as of Monday, January 19, 2009

• Open Matrix:
• Expanded matrix (open matrix) – no limit on width
• Holding tank time: 72 hours
• Default placement from holding tank: front line
• Payment % stays the same – pays wider

• Three Ways to Join Kyäni: Director, Starter, Intro Pack(s)

Director’s Pack
$1250
Immediately promoted to Director status and enjoy Director openline payouts
for current month + 1 month
Example: Bob joins Kyäni by purchasing the Director’s Pack for $1250 on January 11. Bob is
automatically promoted to Director status and will receive openline payouts at the Director level
for the rest of January and the entire month of February (as long as Bob has monthly PV of 120).
To maintain openline after the end of February Bob must hit natural rank of Director by the end of
February.

Director’s Pack includes:
